As Batman investigates the strange spaceship, Brainiac uses his mind control to take over Batman. Things go from bad to worse when Batman puts on his demolition suite, and begins destroying the Batcave. It's up to Robin and Alfred to use every resource the Batcave has to stop Batman's rampage. Robin activates the Batcave defense system, but when Batcave hijacks the Batmobile Robin must use the other Batvehicles to stop him. Finally Batman has come to his senses after being defeated by Robin. Meanwhile Hawkman arrives at the Hall of Justice, just as Joker and the gang emerge from the sewer. However, it turns out that Hawkman is actually locked up in the sewer, and the Hawkman in the Hall of Justice is Lex Luther in disguise. The group of villains are looking to use the slideways teleporter to enter the Watchtower. The Watchtower looses communication with Earth, and it's up to Green Lantern and the Marsian Manhunter to restore it.
