Lemmings Colour & Level Title Fix Hack - SEGA Mega Drive/Genesis
10I've been revisiting Lemmings once again on the Sega Mega Drive and I came across a patch on the ROMHACKING site. It improves all the colours in the game to make it look more like the original Commodore Amiga version, not just in the levels but also the title screen and even the intro cartoon at the beginning.
SLOGRA HACK:
1. All earth and grass levels with enhanced colours
2. All yellow brick and pillar levels with enhanced colours
3. All blue icy, crystal/ball levels with enhanced colours
4. Red hell levels with enhanced colours
5. Rusted pipe and brick tile levels with enhanced colours
6. Intro animation with enhanced colours
7. Title screen with enhanced colours
The hack was made by Slogra and I took this ROM hack and made a few more edits by way of cleaning up the level title names by using a hex editor.
The Mega Drive port has a lot of spelling mistakes and lots of incorrect names for many of the levels, so I went ahead and fixed them all up.

7. TAXING LEVEL 16: Mary Poppin's land.
8. MAYHEM LEVEL 20: No added colours or Lemmings
9. Fixed a typo in the ending credits. GRAPICHS fixed to GRAPHICS
NOTES: I didn't ask for permission to hack this, I just went ahead and done it and because of this and no disrespect towards Slogra, I will put both download links to both ROMS. Slogra's unedited colour patch hack and then this one which is basically the same but has all the fixed up level title names. Just be aware that the original colour hack by Slogra is only a patch that YOU have to patch yourself to the original ROM. The colour and level title fix hack is downloaded as a whole complete file.
