Delivered at Casual Connect USA 2015

Four years in the making, AirMech is a F2P Action-RTS aimed at core gamers. James Green talks about what went right and wrong, both from the business side of starting up Carbon Games and the development and operation of AirMech. From web game to Steam launch, then landing on next-gen consoles, this small indie developer built their own engine and backend to adapt to many platforms. Next up is launching the game in China and an Oculus Rift adaptation of the game.
