2Baldur's Gate: TOS - Playing through for the first time.
Still searching for the Rogue Ogre and doing some more exploring.
I am learning more about how the map system works in BG.
The direction you exit a map location is relevant to discovering new locations.
For example, if you leave area-A from the west you will not discover
area-B, which is located to the south of area-A. You can only discover area-B by leaving area-A from the south.
Not sure it is the best map system but it is the one this game uses.
One of our fighter's gains a level and we locate a sorcerer that won't even let us look at his magical wares for sale because we are too low level. Rude!
