Part 1/8 - Being introduced to boss fights from MGS4 is this first War Beast crudely named Laughing Octopus due to her story and design that went into her. During the first ten minutes of this fight, of course I had no idea what was going on with my opponent disappearing all over the place, but afterwards this became one of the easiest fights ever.
Disappointing that her main gimmick in this fight is a thin veneer of defense that can be easily destroyed with a barrage of bullets, her hiding abilities since her main abilities are camouflage. Honestly wasted potential, I could've been fighting a ghost in an intense situation because she keeps disappearing into the background but in this case we get a grown adult with severe mental problems playing hide and seek and that's it.
The story makes up for it and the easiness of the fight does lend itself to being the first boss but it still comes up as a disappointment.
