Let's Build MS Gundam Seed - 1/144 HG Perfect Strike
5This is a build video of my 1/144 HG Perfect Strike. This kit was easy to build and totally worth it because of the shear amount of weapons it comes with. This kit is also reasonably priced around the $30 range.
After building my Archangel this was a piece of cake. I didn't use many of the sticker that came with it and just painted most of the piece where the stickers go. The only one I think I used was the eyes, since it already has that nice metallic glow to it. I think painting it looked better in the end. The basic weaponry is lacking like the beam saber is just the hand and beam saber stuck to it and its not colored at all. I didn't bother painting it because I knew I wouldn't be using it. The shield is also missing the yellow color that I painted but it didn't turn out well. But I wound up not using it anyway.
The striker pack is very bulky but the strike can sort of stay balanced. The larger weaponry is hard to move around too. It very cumbersome but you can do a lot with it. I think the only part that you would want to paint to make it look better if you absolutely didn't want to paint were the battery packs. I took picture with it next to my HG 1/144 Freedom and the Strike is slightly bigger than the Freedom. O_o'
I am totally happy with this kit and it was totally worth the purchase. =) If they only had a bigger version of it, but it goes well with my archangel and my sky grasper when I buy it.
