In this video I paint a picture, apparently. Seriously, why is this video 30 minutes long?

Disclaimer: the first few videos will not actually feature coding as I need to establish a lot of ground beforehand, but I expect it should take no more than 4 videos to get started, after which it will mostly be coding.

In this series I will try to create an application that replaces and expands on the functionality of the YouTube subscription box. As the series progresses, I will add links to various resources (such as a public git repository) to the description below.
