There's a lot going on here that reminds me a bit of Arthurian tales with the idea of knights and seats. The idea of an empty chair especially recalls the general tale of Sir Galahad. That said, this is probably me projecting because there are significant differences in themes and pacing between the way the stories are done here and the way the few versions of Arthurian tales I've read are built. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that these stories are more modeled on Irish Celtic myth given the use of the of the term Tuatha in the setting, but I'm not all that familiar with these stories. I've heard them recounted by people that have read them, including one person who is on a doctoral track related to Irish Celtic myth but I haven't actually read them myself.

That said, I imagine that these stories are more influenced by Elizabethan era faerie tales than the older myths of Tuatha, Fomorian, and Firbolg. This is because in those older stories, aside from being immortal and weirdly coming back to life with no explanation after being killed sometimes, the Tuatha, Fomorian, and Firbolg in the older stories are just people. The older stories are basically just a set of stories of how the Tuatha came to Ireland and conquered the people already there until the modern dwellers eventually kicked them out.

The whole deal with Winter Court v Summer Court and the Tuatha et al being weird inhuman people with odd perspectives was something that developed maybe five hundred years ago? It's pretty damn recent anyway.
