Since the pre-alpha demo, Adventure Craft gameplay has mixed Don't Starve's gather-and-survive exploration with classic Zelda RPG tropes. The game contains random terrain, monsters that come out at night, houses you can build and furnish, and NPCs & pets that can help you fight.

Now it's arrived on Steam Early Access with new features for 2017 and plenty more planned.

In this let's play Adventure Craft gameplay video we start our game in the lush green starting biome, punch a load of trees and build our first house, seeing how to tackle the initially confusing crafting menus.

We also explore the local area up to the ominous stone boundary that marks the game's starting biome, discover how to find a golden key to open golden treasure chests, discover how to get new recipes in two ways, how to get rich quick, how to craft a stone axe, pickaxe and sword, and discover a recipe for the ominous DOOM SCYTHE...
