Let’s Play An Evil Existence!
This is my first proper Let’s Play video! I used an Xbox Series S and captured most of the game using the video capture tool, which interrupted the flow of the game quite a bit (so if I decide to do this again, I’ll look into finding a better way), but it was always my intention to splice together a highlights video.
I knew I wanted to make this video this after my first encounter with the apparently obvious escape route that is the door without any glass in it, so I stopped the game right there and started again, playing all the way through in one sitting – so everything you see here is my natural reaction, including trying to run away from the first fight encounter because I felt none of my blows with the hammer were connecting.
Although this is a tongue-in-cheek Review, Let’s Play or Highlight Reel of the game – whatever you want to call it – please don’t think I’m doing the game down by playing up the comedy elements. A few people have given this game poor review scores, but in truth I really enjoyed the game and its schlock horror nature. It is short enough to play in one sitting and I genuinely had fun. The only real glitch I encountered, which I did not show, was when I opened a door and got stuck behind it, having to revert to checkpoint. I have also left out most of the puzzles and some of the enemy encounters. I’ve also left out the achievements popping. Although I say above that I played the game in one sitting, I did have to re-checkpoint deliberately one time to show the hanging skeleton without the achievement notification flashing up on the screen. I’ll leave the achievement guides to Maka91Productions!
