Let's Play Ashes: Afterglow Ep.14 The Feral Ones
34On the fourteenth episode of Let's Play Ashes: Afterglow, we've made our way into the old nuclear power plant to try and locate Silver's "friends" and maybe even a hazmat suit. To get further into the complex, we'll seemingly need to find a way to get some auxiliary power running. So, returning to the place where someone was taking potshots at us, we find a dark hallway that leads to a power switch. With the lights on and more of the doors unlocked, we're able to raise a bridge to head further in, but not before a pair of mutants armed with junker muskets and wearing scav gear jump us. After fighting our way through trash lurkers, pit fiends, and more plant creatures, we reach the cooling tower and find a more or less pristine hazmat suit inside. On the way back out, we fight more of the mutant scavs, and one of them drops a harmonica. When we show it to Silver, he says it's proof enough that his fellow scavengers are dead. Then, we take our hazmat suit down into the tunnels, and try to find the path to the botanical gardens. We're given five minutes to restart the pumps and disperse the chlorine gas before it melts through our suit, but once the way is clear, we've got pretty straight shot to the biodome.
