Bright Memory was one of the first games to fully use the power of the Xbox Series X when the console launched, but it was little more than a tech demo and even had some technical issues caused by the port.

it was still impressive enough graphically and had fun over-the-top action that made me hungry for more, so the full game's release has been on my radar ever since.

Fast forward ~2 years and we can now play the full release. Sadly it's only about 2 hours long and doesn't offer a lot of replay value because even the Devil May Cry like scoring system has been removed.

Luckily, most of the two hours is still a lot of fun to play and left me hungry for more. Conclusion: pick this up for a low enough price and you won't regret it.

Note: sorrry for some of the weird cuts, for some reason the game stopped recording a few times or crashed to the Xbox dashboard.
