Let's Play Dead Space 3 Ep.11 Into The Belly Of The Beast
9On the eleventh episode of Let's Play Dead Space 3, Isaac has obtained the parts needed to build our Nexus probing gun. However, before we head back to the warehouse to fish around in the frozen Necromorph's guts, we make a stop for yet another Optional Mission. Heading into the S.C.A.F. Armory, where a group of Unitologists is trying to get a hold of some of the military ordinance stored below. The rest of the mission proves to be some pretty generic "shoot Necromorphs and humans, get key, open door" gameplay, but we do snag a schematic for the Contact Beam. When we finally make it back to the surface, we grab the Probe Gun and return to the others in the Nexus warehouse. To locate the Machine, Isaac needs to descend into the chest cavity of the semi-thawed Nexus and find some nerve clusters to shoot sen-sors into. So, we crank the sucker open with some big javelins and ride an elevator inside. Of course, shooting the nerves triggers a bunch of Enhanced Feeders that were inside the Nexus to pop out. Once the Machine has been located, we ride the elevator back up and are forced to have a little chat with Norton.
