Let's Play Dead Space 3 Ep.14 Rebuilding Rosetta
11On the fourteenth episode of Let's Play Dead Space 3, Isaac has finally put an end to Snow Beast and ascended the mountain's peak. Here, at the S.C.A.F. Science Division Facility, we'll need to locate Rosetta in order to create a new Codex, before then locating the Machine. It's also here that we see our first Marker on Tau Volantis, with a large number of them scattered around the compound. We catch up with Ellie and Carver in the Biology Sector, but not before spotting a Unitologist dropship flying over the facility. The two of them have found Rosetta, or at least some of her. As one of the ancient Tau Volanti species, she's been carved up into slices and scattered around the facility. So, Isaac is tasked with searching all three sectors for the missing four slices. As we search the area, fighting off Necromorphs and Unitologists alike, Danik takes the opportunity to nag Isaac over the facility PA system. At one point, we find our path blocked in an area filled with the otherwise absent Necromorph growth. The lab however has a helpful organic-destroying gas purge feature, so after reactivating the pumps we use it to burn away all that gunk. 2 pieces down, 2 more to go.
