Alright now that Youtube is being more agreeable, let's try this again.

Mind Flayers are probably the most evil common encounter ever. They are Demon (think its called transcient or something) with not much in the form of weaknesses. They have an Area Mystic attack that does ok damage to party members and has a high chance of causing Paralysis that they can spam often in the battle. Not only that but they can cause Instant Death with their melee attacks. And spoiler warning, this not the last we see of this type of monster. Yay for palette swaps!
