Let's Play Guild of Dungeoneering 52: The Treasure is all Mine
135Terrible pun aside, it's time to go to the next area in the game, the dwarven mines. Compared to the jungle this is a substantial step up in terms of monster difficulty as well as the missions themselves providing very different challenges. As I remember from the first time I played through I lost a lot of dungeoneers at this point trying to get through this bit of the game.
In this video we'll get a taste of what's to come in this new area by trying to clear some of the starting areas in the dwarven mines with a variety of different dungeoneers including the final one we unlocked in Pirate's Cove. My memory on the various new monsters will come back to me and, armed with lessons learned from the expansion we'll hopefully get through this area faster then I did the first time around.
We'll certainly lose less dungeoneers if nothing else. Hopefully.
