Okay, I'm sorry that new videos for this series have been so sporadic. I actually have the entire rest of the game recorded other than the outro as of this upload; I just haven't gotten around to editing and uploading most of them yet. Anyway, this time, we start the second area, which has a snow/ice theme, and play the first three levels.
2-1: Sliding Salad - This is another pretty straightforward level, literally. The gimmick is carrots on icicles that slide in one direction, much like Lemguins in Donkey Kong Country 3. There are also a few sinking platforms, but there's not much else to say about this one.
2-2: Slingshot Ride - This level introduces a somewhat important element, and that is slingshots, though they look more like crossbows. These serve as our barrel cannon equivalent.
2-4: Tiger Popsicle - This level introduces the third of the titular masks, the Tiger Mask, which is definitely my favorite to use. It replaces the attack with a dash that even works in the air, and it can climb walls by jumping up them. The level also contains falling icicles and a new type of moving platform.
