We go pay Kaguya a visit and finally get Eirin to let her join up. To trigger the boss encounter at the event requires 2000 BP total amongst Reisen, Eirin, Mokou, and Sanae. Easy way to grind this is to make a party of all four of them and grind an easy floor you can sweep through. Then it just takes 250 battles. Otherwise, grind away wherever.

We also begin exploring Floor 16. Floor 16 is pretty standard. Long passage ways and a few one way paths. You must find four switches in order to progress to the stairs and boss guarding them. Also there are four sigils that will be unlocked if you have beaten Great Stamp and will provide some very nice items.

Kaguya's Foe (Boss):
Same as all the previous Foe bosses, just more HP and hits harder. Follow the pattern and bring Fire affinity.

Kaguya:
Lunarian Princess (Immortal)
A decent mage character. Her Magic and Mind growths are up there with Patchouli's and she sports a number of Area spells to help her get by. But unlike Patchy's magic, some of Kaguya's spells have some unique qualities to them.

Dragon's Necklace is perhaps her most normal Area spell being Non Elemental and resistable by Mind. Fire Rat's Robe on the other hand is an Area Fire spell that completely pierces all defenses. Swallow's Cowrie Shell is an Area Nature spell that pierces all defenses as well but also has the added effect of removing Status Effects and Debuffs from Kaguya upon casting. Hourai Barrage is her most powerful Area spell. It is Spirit based and pierces all defenses and has a long delay as well. Her support spell is Buddha's Stone Bowl which not only buffs all the target's stats by 25%, it also sets their ATB to 110% (meaning they go immediately after the spell). This can be good if you need a certain character to act immediately after an action (like buffing with Reimu then following it with a healing spell). Only catch is the ATB effect does not work on Kaguya herself.

Overall, Kaguya can be very useful as long as you know Elemental Affinites of monsters. Having 100% piercing in her magic makes her very versatile against enemies including those with high Mind stats. Just make sure you keep her away from physical attacks as she is still a squishy (though Immortal) mage.
