In this part of Make a Good Mega Man Level Contest 2 (PC), I finish the final level of Tier 3, and defeat its boss.

Here's where I have my first real difference of opinion with the judges in terms of the level placements. I'm judging the stages more on how fun and creative they are. In retrospect, I was too generous with the level score I gave in the video. I would now give the level somewhere between a 25 to 30.
