In this part of Make a Good Mega Man Level Contest 2 (PC), I continue deeper into the Wily Star II, completing one of the contest's infamous stages - Wily 4: Inner Sanctum by Garirry.

I want to emphasis that I like many of the underlying ideas showcased in this level. I like playing through stages that force you to use your special weapons in creative manners. However, the execution leaves much to be desired, especially when compared to the rest of the Wily Star II levels. Plus, it was worse pre-nerf. These issues are what made this stage my least favorite fortress one.
