Here's my Let's Try of the Pre-Alpha Demo of Racket Boy, a SHMUP and breakout hybrid in-development by Double Dash Studios.

In this title, we take control of Racket Boy and/or Racket Girl. As the game's description states, "using nothing but a laser racket and a stylish scarf, bounce your foe's attacks right back at them as you fly through hordes of cute, fluffy and colorful enemies out to get you."

The gameplay loop shown here is pretty solid. Though, I feel the game will need to ramp up the depth and difficulty in order to maintain the players' interest. The score attack focus and online leaderboards will help for replayability. And I do like that this game went the extra mile and included local co-op.
