20It's kinda hard to show that a given jump is difficult to pull off or not, so just take my word for it: the ones I point out did kill me in practice at least once. I think it's fair to expect this kind of jump sometimes, just don't make every jump a pixel perfect one (looking at you, various fan-made levels). Also, the stage set it up in the first section where you can safely practice. It's even harder due to the ladders there.
I'm a bit sad I didn't try Slash Claw against the boss - I've honestly never seen anybody do it or tried it before, I fact checked my own commentary right before finishing the video and that's where I first saw it mentioned. For that, you definitely want the missiles. Could be a cool challenge!
