Let's Play Moustache Mountain (PC)
9Moustache Mountain by Nauris Amatnieks was released 31 March 2016 on Steam via Greenlight, and is about "A young moustache enthusiast who goes on an adventure, to climb the highest flying mountain in search of a magical moustache gel!"
It is a "rogue-lite" platformer with, rather than randomly generated levels, randomly selected level segments. Each tier is on a rotation so that your line-up of levels isn't the same from time to time.
I enjoyed this game a lot, but as many have reported, it's very short, and once you get the hang of it, the game can fairly easily be completed in a day, or if you're a platforming god - in less than three minutes. For me, it took 3-4 hours.
My greatest caveat: The music becomes extremely annoying after a while. Needs a catchier tune, Nauris!
Nonetheless, this is a beautiful game, and I look forward to seeing more from this game designer in the future.
