This is Ninja Ryukenden III: Yomi no Hakobune in Japan for Famicom or Ninja Gaiden III:
The Ancient Ship of Doom in the US and Shadow Warriors III in Europe. It was developed and released by Tecmo
in June 26, 1991 in Japan and in August 1991 in United States. This is the last installment for the Ninja Gaiden Famicom & NES trilogy.
It take place between the events of the first and the second Ninja Gaiden. Also it's one of the hardest NES game that I've ever played.
Includes some features like no respawn enemies, etc. but it's pretty challenging game.
