With the last of the statues in hand, our team finds their way back into the basement lab. Friedman's darkest secret is something of an elephant in the room - namely the fate of his brother, Leonard - and it all lies behind a big door at the heart of the complex. The game is done holding back and hits us with some nasty ambushes, but by now our students are packing plenty of heat and light. Can they all make it to the sequel? Well, it's canon that they do, so let's roll up our sleeves and get these kids home in one piece!

Thanks for tuning in, all! As I discuss in the video, I have a weak spot for old-style survival horror, and I quite like the twists that Obscure does with the formula. It's not quite going to dethrone the kings of the genre, but it deserves its cult classic status and does things I'd love to see more games try. Any game that makes the kids smart enough to tackle horror as a team gets a passing grade in my book.
