The return to Rogueport after completing Chapter 1. Got Merlee's Special Course spell to help in battle and listened to the first part of Luigi's tale in town. Also got to upgrade Goombella at Merlon's place using Shine Sprites. Turns out the next Crystal Star is located in Boggly Woods. Before doing that though,starting up the Trouble Center side quests,located on the east side of town. You'll have to either pay coins or fight your way past Gus to get through though.
