Game published 1988 by SSI (Gamefest CD-ROM published 2001 by Interplay).
Our party enters the inner keep and heads upstairs, where "the Boss'" XO (Genheeris) mistakes us for couriers - until we make him an offer he can't refuse. ;)
We enter Tyranthraxus' open-roofed audience chamber, defeat his squad of tough guards (all Level 8 fighters, with great gear for us to loot afterwards), and then defeat "Mr. T" himself - without a single singe from his draconic breath weapon (thanks to the Dust of Disappearance)!
We then easily return (through blocks of cowed & hiding monsters) to Civilized Phlan, train our thief, collect a huge reward from the town clerk, and then train all of our fighter-types (including the multiclasses fighter-thief) again. Since we've already had a couple of random wilderness battles (and almost everyone has reached their level caps already), I decide against any further wilderness exploration, and end the game at this point.
