We've agreed to take out a vampire that resides in the area. Being a druid, we have a little love for the undead and so would be eager to see the balance of nature restored just a little bit by its destruction. It's not going to go down without a fight and many are the creatures of the night that vampires can call upon as allies.

You may wonder what a vampire in the area has to do with our current quest to stop the crusade. The answer is that it's something that'll become important after this is all over, another thread that ties the first and second game together added to flesh out the world that little bit more.

It's also a chance to battle a vampire, something we didn't get a chance to do in the first game.
