Let's Play Siege of Dragonspear #33: Wyrming our way into Bother
0With a name like the Forest of Wyrms, you knew that there were going to be some draconic enemies. Wyverns are an offshoot of dragons, but we've not seen any sign of their larger cousins that give the woodland its namesake. Being as we are the protagonists of this story, it's almost a certainty that we'll come face-to-face with a dragon either before we reach the temple of bhaal or within it, which leads to another question: how can we hope to best it?
You come across a couple of dragons in Baldur's Gate 2, but they're either optional encounters or not aggressive to you. We don't have the equipment or resources for a protracted conflict with a dragon which means there's got to be something that works in our favour. The only two that make sense are that the dragon isn't very old or doesn't realise we're there, allowing us to land the first blow. Even if both of those are true, this isn't going to be an easy battle.
