74Dead Mans Pass is a large location that offers many places to explore both on the path and far off it. As you can imagine with it being so close to where the crusade are holed up, it's a dangerous place to be, but danger is part and parcel of our profession. That doesn't mean we shouldn't be on our toes, however, for there's a lot here that can crush us into fine goo if we're not careful.
Don't be afraid to spend all the coin you need to and then some. Untold riches do you no good if you're killing while carrying them and while you could bribe your way out of a fight or two, you can't drink a sack of gems to save your skin like you could a potion of healing.
