Let's Play Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Part 5 {Final Boss and Credits}
2Taking on the final bosses of the game at the Death Egg Zone. No rings here either,so 1 hit and you're done for. To get to Robotnik/Eggman,you must first defeat a robot clone of Sonic. Note that this is NOT Metal Sonic. He can spindash at you,bounce around the area,and do dash boosts. You'll have to strike his head 8 times to defeat him. His pattern is the same every time you restart the fight,so if you can finish him quickly he won't be much of a threat. Just don't jump too far and land on his spikes. As for Robotnik,he'll be piloting his Death Egg Robot to defeat you. You can get a few hits in on his body if you time it just right,you have to aim for him when his claws are not right in front of his body,or you'll get hurt. Move to the far left or right when he jumps,then be prepared to run to the opposite side of the room to dodge his projectile arm attacks. Land 12 hits on Eggman,and he and his Death Egg will be done for!
