Let's Play Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Part 3
1Taking on Acts 1 and 2 of the Hill Top,Mystic Cave,and Oil Ocean Zones. Hill Top's theme is a fun lazy theme,while Mystic Cave is another iconic tune with a sick opening. Be wary of lava and crumbling caves in Hill Top Zone,plus the see-saws from Starlight Zone return here. Dr.Robotnik/Eggman will hide in the lava here in Act 2 and shoot a flamethrower at your platform. In Mystic Cave Zone Act 2,be wary of the notorious pit of spikes. You know the one. If you fall down it as Super Sonic,you'll have to wait till your rings are gone and die to get out. Robotnik's boss fight there is dangerous,as whenever he burrows into the wall he drops pointed stalactites from the ceiling that hurt you. Definitely recommend Super Sonic to make that fight easy,or you're in for a rough time. In Oil Ocean you have a chance to escape the pits by jumping repeatedly out of the oil. The Seahorse things are the worst thing here,they fire fast and follow after you if you're close. Eggman will appear briefly from the oil in Act 2,then launch a pointed tail at you. He'll then try to fire several lasers on your position. Act fast to hurt him when he pops out of the oil.
