Welcome to part one of my playthrough of Subnautica: Below Zero!

So your sister's dead, and you're pretty sure it's her companies fault. You might think "hey she should do something about this!" and you'd be right. But then she says "I'm going to steal some of their tech, sneak onto the planet, and investigate why everyone is dead" and maybe you say "oh I was thinking maybe like, the cops or... like a strongly-written letter or..."

Subnautica: Below Zero is an open world survival game, much like the original. The visuals are better, the world more full of (vicious) life, and now there's a lot more stuff to do above ground that doesn't feel weirdly out of place! Also it has sort-of penguins, and they are perfect. You have to collect resources to improve your equipment that lets you explore more so you can collect better resources to improve your equipment that lets you etc etc.

Oh and an alien decides to live in your head, so that's neat.
