Riou heads out with Gengen and Tuta as they head to the neighboring Village of Ryube. Ryube is a small Village located right next to a Forest. As they check out the Village, they learn of a fearsome monster in North Sparrow Pass which is a nearby mountain. They also hear of another monster in the Forest.

After obtaining the Flour, they check out the village and learn that a Circus Troupe is setting up for what could be an interesting show. Others are thinking about the war and how it may or may not be over.
