Apparently, completely shifting around the items, enemies, and rooms in Zelda leaves it open to some glitches. Thankfully, this one isn't gamebreaking, but it is annoying. Luckily, this glitch does not persist if you reset the game, so it will be fine in the future.

On a gameplay related note, the ladder does indeed open up the rest of the world, and allows us to grab the bow, so we can fully complete at least one more dungeon we've run into.

Still need that whistle, though.
