Let's Play Wildermyth (PC, Early Access) - #08: Thrixl Troubles
1In this episode of my blind Wildermyth (PC, Early Access) LP, I start and finish a generic 3 chapter campaign where the Thrixls are the main antagonists. I ran this on a custom Lovecraft/Martin difficulty setting.
For full disclosure, I received a key from the developer in order to Let's Play this title.
Despite a rocky start in Chapter 1, this was an entertaining adventure. All monsters posed some risk to the Hounds of Generation, and I couldn't consistently rely on most of my regular attacks connecting. This forced me to play more tactically, taking advantage of cover and flanking.
This was done during the evening livestreams on January 26th, 2020 and February 2nd, 2020. For this episode, I edited down some of the sequences, but the stream footage is left mostly intact.
