Let's Play Wizardry 7, Part #5 - Nation of Whiners
3Ok, I'm going to stop whining now.
Because I was convinced that the TEMPLE map had already been removed from the Gorn Castle, I ran around killing random monsters in the woods and got started on my first class switches instead. When I finally return to the Gorn place and fight my way into the King's room for the first time I can't believe my eyes; the map is still there. After all that time spent in the woods, the map still lies untouched in that damn chest! And so it turns out that all whining on my part has been completely unnecessary...
Apart from the embarrassing moment when I find the map, this video also shows a neat little fight with some Giant Lizards.
Note on class switching decisions:
The current Ninja is not going to remain in that class but switch to Valkyrie as soon as possible (just wanted Kirijitsu). The current Bard is going to become my Ninja later on (and yes, she's the same character as before, only with changed portrait). I'm probably going to let the Mook (previously a Fighter) remain a Samurai and not do any more class switches with him. And I won't switch classes with the Priest and Mage until they've maxed out Theology/Thaumaturgy (hopefully around level 10).
