Let's Play Wolfenstein 3D 08: Zombies Everywhere
207The second episode introduced a new general enemy, something that it rarely does. In fact there is only one more normal level enemy that we've yet to encounter and I don't believe we'll see them in this episode at all. That enemy is the zombies and while some call them mutants I'll always consider them to be zombies, reanimated corpses of dead soldiers that fight without knowing fear or pain that can be stitched up again after defeat to fight once again. An army like that would be unstoppable but for us they provide a unique set of challenges.
For one they are absolutely silent when alerted meaning that you get no warning of their being around unless you see them before they get too close. They're quite accurate and fire at a much faster rate compared to the normal guards.They also have quite a bit of health and tend to appear in significant quantities.
We'll need to be very careful from now on. We'll encounter zombies for the rest of the chapter and they've been added into the mix with all the other enemies.
