So, this is Titan Quest. This is a Diablo style game where almost everything is hostile and out to kill pretty much everybody who isn't. There's no diplomacy option. The game is pretty much a straight line of killing things. That said, it can be good for a bit of mindless relaxation and the skill system allows for a wide range of playstyles.

At some point in this playthrough, fairly early, I start conversing with my character due to lack of dialogue. I utterly fail to give her a consistent voice.
