All that remains of the water faction are the remnants of their forces, now marauders intent on getting revenge for what Balkoth has gone. Were they together in large armies then they would be a threat but that AI will have them trickle in a few units at a time, making them little more than a minor annoyance to be dealt with while we work on securing our new holdings. What is a problem are the sneaky attacks that our more powerful enemies are launching, especially the actions of order. They’re stronger than water but still not in the same league as our rival.

While I had multiple armies at the end of the Bradigan playthrough, one needs only one powerful army active in Urak to win alongside guard details at the capitals. My long term goal is to have a second army to help me deal with armies trying to stop me from taking their cities but we’re a long way off being to train my troops to a level that I’m happy to muster that force. We still have a lot of time to make that a reality but perhaps less than I’d like.
