
Level 150 Skills, and how they Compromised Game Balance in the Outer Worlds
I make my point in the first ~3 minutes, the latter half of the video is just going over the implications of these changes on character builds and how it ruins arguably all builds, but most importantly absolutely devastates solo playthrough builds which can't take advantage of companion skill boosts.
Why why why... Raise to 150 when your skills were already set to 20 point intervals and 120 caps would have likely been perfect balancing points for skills, relative to vanilla balance.
