Level Design 7: Mission Sequence and Ending

I get close to finishing out the Slime Level Blockout and Mission.
- More text hints and story tidbits are added to the level
- My newspaper and soda bottle IGC's have particles and a light telling the player to investigate.
- All the variable conditions for the proper order of the mission to happen in sequence are added
- Added a few more details to the level to make it more interesting
- A lot of small fixes to timing of text, and SFX
- IGC's finished
- End of mission to turn off Slime is in and working
- Level fades out and goes to Win Screen
