I upgraded from an LGG7 to an LGG8 unit. I prefer LG phones because the price is always reasonable, and it seemed like they weren't trying so hard to be cool like Samsung seemed to be. I was horrified when I found out that the LGG8 has a microphone problem. Actually, it's just that the microphone sounds absolutely horrible.
