Hello all and welcome back to another 3d scanning Episode using Lidar on my new and first Ipad Pro 2021 I've never had a Ipad before but recently purchased one for around £1300 on Littlewoods. It has a 12mp camera and records 4k 60fps and has slow mo on it too. I'll be doing a test on some of the features in up and coming episodes so please stay tuned for that. Why did I buy a Ipad Pro? Well basically for the Lidar and 3d scanning. You See I was using Lidar for a bigger project like building my own assets and eventually my own games and with the M1 chip it's like having a desktop computer out and about. and I can create 3d models for building projects.
