Lidl Uncured Beef Hot Dog Challenge
2Every Fourth of July, some of the best competitive eaters in the world head to Coney Island to gobble down as many hot dogs as they possibly in can in under ten minutes, with some getting down as many as thirty or more. Though it's now August, and I only had a pack of hot dogs in my fridge, I thought I'd put my inner competitive eater to the test and attempt to eat eight uncured beef hot dogs from my Lidl supermarket for this food challenge. I will be trying to complete this in under the ten minute time limit that the eaters have at the hot dog eating contest, so can I do it, or will the amount of meat, bread and ketchup involved be too much for me to do in time?
