Welcome to Game Play. A series, of sorts, where I check out various video games and share the pure gameplay experience with you.

Today we're taking a look at Lifeless Planet on PC via GOG as the launcher.

My immediate impression so far:

At first glance, Lifeless Planet offers quite an experience with its focus on light puzzle solving, storytelling and mystery. However, as you progress through the game, you'll likely notice how the game offers very little in terms of variety, difficulty and tight controls when platforming while relying too much on padding out its length. Despite my issues with the game, I still found it an intriguing journey that I'm looking forward to continue. I can recommend checking it out if you find it at a discounted price.

The game runs smooth on my PC with i7 4770k and a GTX 1070 Twin Frozr.
