I have learnt something today, despite the fact I suddenly lost weight and potentially it could well kill me if I lose anymore. I am under weight but I have learnt just to take it slow, go with the flow and not to be anxious. Its hard not to be at times and its okay to have these feelings but people need to go out there and live their life. life is too short to be depressed, worried and anxious.
