Lighting For Less Than $100? | Phillips Wiz DIY setup
1Note that for this you'll need a smartphone to use the WIZ app as well as WiFi.
Decent lighting for less than $100? It's doable and if you're just starting out in content creation it's better to look for budget options given some pro lighting setups can costs hundreds of dollars.
So if you don't have have the money to spare on something along the lines of Elgato's Key Light, which while functional? Is expensive enough for just one let alone the likely need of two, a much more budget friendly option is Phillips WIZ line of LED bulbs.
And with a little DIY you can put together a makeshift lighting setup that can do well enough in allowing your face to be well lit until you can upgrade to something better down the line.

The basic setup of it is to of course insert the dowel rods into the clamps and use duct tape to affix the lamps to the top of the rods. From there its mostly just a matter of setting up the bulbs with the WIZ app and figuring out the best settings that work for you.
