Starting a playthrough of the remake of Link's Awakening (time stamps below), a game that I remember fondly as a kid. This goes from the beginning to entering the fourth dungeon.

Hero difficulty doubles the damage you take and hearts no longer drop. It's not too bad except for the beginning. Once you get the power bracelet you can buy the healing salve and collect fairies in bottles for healing. Plenty of early game goofs on my part though fortunately no deaths.

I remembered a good chunk of this game plus I also played a separate file during downtime at work so there's less aimless wandering and more things found than might otherwise be the case.
