Linux Terminal Basics: chown, chgrp - File Ownership VIDEO
chown and chgrp Linux terminal commands are used to change the owner and group of files and folders. Very useful to use on removable media and other internal harddrives.
Usage:
chown name:group -hR folder/
chgrp group -hR folder/
